How long does it take to process an order?

  • Please be mindful that each and every piece is made 100% by hand, by one person. From designing, color mixing, conditioning, cutting, baking, sanding, assembling, and packaging, there is a lot of time and love put into every order.
  • Typically an order is processed within 1-3 days. This is separate from Shipping 
  • Depending on the style, it can take up to 5 days for an order to be fully processed.

When will my order be shipped?

United States:

  • All items will typically be shipped out within 3-5 business days
  • Made-To-Order items may need an addition 1-3 days
  • Free U.S. shipping for orders over $35
  • We are not allowing local pickup at this time due to COVID-19

International:

  • We have a set price of $22 to cover our international customers
  • We calculated this price based on the farthest point (Australia) from us (United States)

Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is mostly out of our hands. Due to the backup and issues currently happening with post office (Due to COVID-19) it might take longer than the initial timeframe listed.
